Well, a little context, I'm a Hellenic polytheist, which means I worship the Greek gods. Therefore, I have 3 altars at home (Apollon, Hermes and Hestia), I already warned my cleaning lady NOT to touch them, as they are sacred and purified water is needed to clean them.I never told her that those were altars, as I never saw the need to explain, for me it was enough to tell her not to touch it. But this morning I found my altar with things missing, I searched the whole house but only found a few items. When I questioned her, she said that she had thrown away some drawings that were on the table and kept other objects (like Hermes' coins).I was very angry and told her never to do that again, I admit that I was a little rude but I was blind with rage at the time. After that I cleaned my altar and apologized to the gods.
